Grinding Technology

Horizontal Disk Mill
  • The continuously operating, horizontal agitator disk grinding system sets new standards with respect to flexibility and range of applicators.
  • The disk agitator activates the grinding beads with high intensity and affects a uniform grinding media distribution over the entire length of the narrow grinding chamber: high efficiency results are achieved the right selection of geometries, high separator systems, machines and construction made of different materials.
Basket Mill

Nano Research

 

With the nano-revolution in engineering, quality production equipment designed to grind particles to 200nanometers and below. Nano mills can be used to manufacture new materials with the exact properties require: smaller, stronger, lighter, more resilient and less expensive.
 
Contrary to the well-known chemical bottom-up processes from the gas or liquid phase, superfine grinding in Nano mills is a top-down process. Starting from several micrometers, suspended particles can be milled to an average fineness of 40 to 200nm.
