Rheology / Thixotropes Additives
  •  Rheology additives are particularly important and essential when formulating paint systems.
  •  Disparlon has both mono and hybrid types of rheology additives.
  •  Disparlon rheology additives provide effective/strong anti-settling, anti-sagging and pigment orientation   properties to various coating and ink systems.
Slip / Levelling
  • One very significant parameter affecting all defects is the surface tension of coating films.
  • To prevent surface tension defects, additives may be used to modify the surface tension of the paint and minimize surface tension differences.
  • Disparlon offers a very complete range of leveling additives for various types of coating systems.
Dispersants
  •  Disparlon dispersing additives are used for dispersing both organic and inorganic pigments in most types of   resins systems, including alkyd, acrylic, polyester, polyurethane, chlorinated rubber and bituminous.
  •  It is particularly recommended for difficult to disperse pigments. The advantages includes.

i)  improves pigment wetting

ii)  reduces grinding or dispersing times

iii)  better color development

iv)  enhance stability of colorants

Deformers

1) Defoamers are employed to avoid the formation of foam and or to destroy existing foam. Defoamers must demonstrate the following three properties:

  • Insolubility in the medium to be defoamed.

  • Positive entering coefficient.

  • Positive spreading coefficient.

 

2) Disparlon provides wide range of defoamers necessary to assist customers to eliminate foam in their coatings formulations.

Corrosion Inhibitors

1) Corrosion is a chemical electrochemical oxidation of metal in reaction with an oxidant. It is further enhance by the presence of water, acid and salts.

2) Corrosion takes place at the bounding surface between metal and coating. Water based coatings naturally promote corrosion during storage, application or film-formation. This type of corrosion is called flash-rust.

3) Corrosion inhibitor are substance which adsorbed at the interface between metal and corrosive medium, they reduce the corrosion rate. There are two kinds of corrosion inhibitors:

  • Inhibitors For Long Time Rust Protection.
  • Flash-Rust Inhibitors For Protection During Storage, Application And Film Formation.

Art-Pearl

  •  Art-Pearl is spherical cross linked fine particle polymer. As an organic filler urethane type used in the area   which requires excellent flexibility, toughness, low temperature stability and scratch resistance.
  •  Acrylate type is used for the application which requires excellent weather resistance.

Paracron

  •  Thermoplastic  acrylic ester polymer with excellent weather resistance and adjustable flexibility, tackiness and   adhesion.
  •  Also the product is produced by suspension polymerization which has the following advantage compared with   solution polymerization and emulsion polymerization.

Art-Resin

  •  Art-Resin is urethane acrylate oligomer and reactive urethane polymer which is widely used in the area of EB,   UV, visible light, room temperature curing type resin, modifier.
  •  The cured material can be constructed from rubber like type to high cured material.
  •  It is environmental friendly due to no solvents and cured with low energy. It can be used for plastics which   cannot be heated.

Hi-Pearl

  •  Hi-Pearl mainly consists of thermoplastic acrylic ester polymer particles.
  •  Having high molecular weight with narrow molecular weight distribution, excellent in weather resistance,   transparency.
  •  Not only used in powder form, can be used in solvents or monomers.

     Minerals

 

  • Anhydrous aluminum silicates and surface modified anhydrous aluminum silicates.
  • These are kaolin clay that are processed by water-washing methods to achieve purity, improved residues, brightness, and achieve a desired particle size distribution, and then subject to calcinations (heat treatment).
  • The anhydrous state through the removal of water of hydration. Calcined grades differ by method of exposure to heat.
  • Ultra fine particle size, high brightness as pigments and fillers in the paper industry, can improve whiteness, paper smoothness, water-based decorative paint, solvent based decorative paint and ink.
  • Good dispersion, excellent suspension property and good anti-sedimentation. Improving storage stability of paint and coatings.

  • Moisture Content : Clear in mixed solvent.

Nitrocellulose Chips

  • Plasticizer: DBP DOP DINP DIBP ATBC ESO ATEC
  • Type: Varnish chips and all kinds of color chips.
  • Specification: Varnish chips is white flake, other chips can be customized according to customer’s requirement.

Nitrocellulose Solution

  • Nitrocellulose solution is made by compounded nitrocellulose and technically appropriate solvents, with the special formulation and specific modulations.
  • It is mainly used for the production of printing ink, paints, cosmetics, adhesives and many more.
